JCR Distributors will accept returns if the following conditions are met.

  1. For product stocked by JCR it must have been invoiced within the past 90 days.
  2. For Special Order Items; products not stocked by JCR, returns must meet the manufacturer conditions for return. This includes, but is not limited to RMA fees & restock percentages and time limits set forth by the vendor.
  3. Product has not been discontinued previously, within the past 90 days or is not scheduled to be discontinued.
  4. Products are in original condition. Product packaging and boxing must be intact and unblemished. Product must be resalable.
  5. Product has not been damaged in shipping to or from your location.
  6. A copy of our RGA has been included with the return.

Common vendor reasons for non-returnable items include:

  • Return request is past the time limit for return determined by the manufacturer.
  • Selected finishes, styles, products or items have been declared non-returnable by the manufacturer.
  • Discontinued or discontinued when out (DWO) products are not returnable.
  • Product contains damage not originally presented upon acceptance.

The following Terms and Conditions will be applicable to all returns. This information is printed at the bottom of all RGA/RMAs.


  • 0-30 DAYS – 25%,
  • 31-60 DAYS – 35%,
  • 61-90 DAYS – 50%,

Terms And Conditions:             

  1. A copy of this RMA/RGA must accompany your return.
  2. The product was purchased within the last ninety (90) days.
  3. All products must be repacked to assure no damage during shipping.  All items must be boxed up the same way they were shipped to you (double-boxed). If the product was palletized and sent by freight line, it must be returned to us, palletized and by freight line.
  4. All non-defective products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  5. Have the RMA/RGA # clearly written on the outside of the shipping box only if the product was double-boxed. Please do not affix any label or write on any product box. Leave the product boxes in re-saleable condition.  
  6. If the product is defective, write “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT” on the outside of the shipping box.
  7. Returns of special order items are subject to factory terms and conditions. Credit will only be issued after an inspection of the product from the manufacturer and credit has been issued to JCR.
  8. RGA/RMA’s will be void after ninety (90) days. Items must be received before the expiration date. Product received after (90) ninety days may be subject to additional restock charges or returned to you for no credit.
  9. Should parts, packing materials or any other item be missing from the returned product the product will be returned to you for no credit.
  10. Original freight charges (from JCR to you) will be deducted from your credit when free freight orders are returned to us.
  11. Any item that has been DISCONTINUED either before OR after the date of the order was placed cannot be returned.
  12. “WILL CALL” orders cancelled after thirty (30) days are subject to restock fees.
